Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return for store credit only 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, barcodes, and in its original packaging. All items will be examined thoroughly before processing the return. You’ll also need the receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase. Bodysuits/Bathing Suits and white items are FINAL SALE due to hygiene purposes. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards as well as jewelry. 

To start a return please email us and we will try to get back to you within 24-48 hours. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions to send out the item/s. Unfortunately, we do not offer return shipping labels, all shipping fees must be paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Damages and issues
Items are fully inspected before being shipped out, therefore we do not take responsibility after they have been shipped.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the item/s were approved or not. If approved, you’ll be receiving a store credit gift card that will be sent via email.
